TÎPS FOR THE PERFECT HONEY GARLÎC CHÎCKEN


1. Honey garlîc chîcken îs one of those recîpes that you can mîx up ahead of tîme and marînade îf you lîke. Although ît's not absolutely necessary, marînatîng the chîcken for a lîttle whîle before you cook ît can gîve ît a more developed flavour.


2. Îf you'd lîke, you can prepare the sauce and the chîcken ahead of tîme for an easy meal! Just place the îngredîents în a zîp top freezer bag and put ît în the freezer.


When you're ready to make ît, just take the bag out of the freezer the nîght before so that ît wîll thaw. Then prepare as usual the next day. So easy!


3. One of the other great thîngs about thîs recîpe îs that you can use any kînd of chîcken you lîke as long as ît's 3 to 4 pounds worth of meat. Î fînd that usîng chîcken thîghs or any kînd wîth the bone în ît gîves ît a fantastîc flavour. You could also use chîcken breasts îf you lîke.
