Blueberry Turnovers

Yield: 6 turnovers
Fixings:
Filling
2 1/2 glasses (12 oz pack) solidified blueberries
1/4 container granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbs cornstarch
1 tbs water
1 sheet puff baked good (I Adore Wewalka brand)
1 egg
1 tbs water
2 tbs turbindo sugar, or granulated sugar
Coating
1/2 glass confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla concentrate
1-3 tbs cream or milk
Directions:
Warmth berries, sugar and lemon squeeze on the stovetop in a medium-sized pot on low warmth for adjoin ten minutes or until the berries begin discharging their juices, mixing habitually. Once there is a great deal of juice, combine cornstarch and water and blend into the blueberry blend. Convey to a delicate bubble and stew for 2-3 minutes, blending continually until thickened. Cool filling until warm to the touch before filling mixture.
