Ingredients
!for the bread pudding:

6 cups cubed bread (I used Italian loaf)

1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin filling)

2 large eggs

zest of whole orange

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 teaspoons pumpkin spice

1/2 cup unsalted butter , melted

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

!for the glaze:

4 oz cream cheese , softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tbsp whole milk or half and half

Instructions

Butter a 2 quart baking dish. Set apart.

Preheat oven to 375 stages F.
