Seems like I’ve advanced a bit trick. Have you noticed?
Not the one wherein I stuff 5 of the fudgy oreo tarts into my mouth in 60 seconds.
Or the infant-powder-to-degrease-hair trick.
Ok, I’ll simply inform you. My trick is when I don’t realize what to call a recipe that has masses of fresh vegetables and herbs (rating!), I just add “Farmer’s Market” to the start of the identify.
Like the farmer’s marketplace pasta. Remember that tacky deliciousness? That turned into correct.
But this flatbread pizza is ideal, too! And wayyy healthful.
Double good!
So here’s what happened. I shredded the zucchini, sauteed it with olive oil, and spread it on a toasted flatbread. It were given form of, nearly, creamy? Obviously it was a bit weird. But definitely appropriate.
Then I topped it with sparkling grape tomatoes that “taste like sweet”.

I crowned off this “pizza” with soft white cheese (think feta, mozzarella, goat, or gorgonzola) and clean basil. And I loved each feel-properly bite.

DESCRIPTION

INGREDIENTS
- 1 flatbread
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- half cup chopped grape tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons white cheese
- three leaves clean basil, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Saute the zucchini in the olive oil on high warmth. Season generously with salt and pepper. Stir and leave alone for a bit whilst, so you get a touch little bit of texture from the browning on the zucchini.
- While you’re sauteing, toast the flatbread inside the oven at four hundred levels.
