MONSTER COOKIE RECIPE | low carb foods



These monster cookies are
the most frequently made cookie at our house. They are seriously so thick, chewy,
with slightly crunchy edges and a super
soft baked center thanks to the secret
ingredient; cornstarch.

If you’ve never added cornstarch to cookies then you have
been missing out my friends. It’s only a small amount but it makes a HUGE
difference in the texture of the cookie. Soft baked inside with a slightly
chewy outside. Perfection ♥
