Easy Garlic Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions
  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet set over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring often until it just begins to turn pink.

  2. Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, remaining butter, red pepper flakes, and the parsley and continue to cook until the shrimp is fully pink and opaque about 3 minutes.
